Create a new stereo image
Create a new stereoscopic image from three different sources:
1. From left and right images
2. From an interlaced image
3. From a red blue anaglyph image

Open a stereo image
Open an existing stereoscopic .PNG image file.
Note:  If you open a non-stereoscopic .PNG image file with a width that follows the storing rules, a prompt will ask you if you want to consider this image file as a stereoscopic image.  The purpose of this is to let you load/modify/save a stereoscopic .PNG image file with an application that does not support stereoscopic .PNG image file, and then reload it in Stereo Image Maker as a stereoscopic image ready to be resaved with the stER chunk.

Save the active stereo image
Save the newly created or modified active stereoscopic image.

Set or Clear the left and right images Half Height flag for the active stereo image
When selected, this flag indicates that the left and right images contain only the half the total horizontal scan lines of the stereoscopic image they represent.
So the real stereoscopic image height is considered to be twice the height of the left image or right image.  This flag is useful to reduce file size for stereoscopic images that are intended to be viewed only with liquid crystal shuttle glasses.
Note: If you create a new stereoscopic image using left and right images those have only the half of the total horizontal scan lines of the
stereoscopic image they represent, you must set this flag to able correct displaying of the stereoscopic image.  This is often the case of the left and right images contained in an interlaced image file.

Stereo image properties
Open the Stereo Image Properties Dialog Box.

Open a new window of the active stereo image
You can view the same stereoscopic image in different view modes at the same time.

Activate the previous window
Move the the last window on the pile at the first position and make it the active one.

Activate the next window
Move the current active window on the pile at the last position so the second window will become the active one.

Cascade windows
Arrange windows so they overlap.

Tile windows horizontally
Arrange windows as horizontal, non-overlapping tiles.

Tile windows vertically
Arrange windows as vertical, non-overlapping tiles.

Toggle interlaced Simuleyes VR white lines
Display the two toggle white lines at the bottom of the screen. Those white lines are required for some old liquid crystal shuttle glasses like the Simuleyes VR produced by StereoGraphics Corp.
Note: This feature is available only when the active stereoscopic image is displayed in interlaced mode.
